YourNextJob.com is an on-line job searching and job posting website for employers and companies (“Employers”) and candidates, prospects, applicants, employees, individuals and job seekers (“Prospective Employees”). The goal of the website is to match Employers and Prospective Employees for professional purposes only; this is not a social networking site and is not intended to be used for any reason other than to allow Employers and Prospective Employees to search for each other. Employers and Prospective Employees are collectively referred to as “Users”.   Before using YourNextJob.com, all Users must agree to the Terms and Conditions for Use of YourNextJob.com. These Terms and Conditions may be modified without prior notice. By proceeding to the next page of the website, User has agreed to the following Terms and Conditions, including the terms regarding warranty, indemnity and venue. All Terms and Conditions are intended to be construed as broadly as possible to protect and defend from liability YourNextJob.com.

a.                   Use of this website for any reason other than the searching for and posting of legitimate, legal employment is expressly prohibited. This website is not intended for the sale or purchase of products or services of any sort.

d.                  No discriminatory, harassing or illegal language may be used in any posting by any User. YourNextJob.com reserves the right to remove or delete, in part or in whole, without notice to the User, any job, language, personal information, posting or information it deems in its sole discretion to be discriminatory, harassing or illegal. 

e.                  All information posted must be complete, honest and for legitimate business purposes. If it is determined by YourNextJob.com in its sole discretion that information is unlawful, incomplete or dishonest (including the use of false names, email addresses, ages, personal information, or the false use of job requirements, compensation and terms), YourNextJob.com reserves the right to delete the post, in part or in whole, without notice to the User.

f.                    Information posted on YourNextJob.com by Users may not violate any copyright or trademark rights, including the copyright or trademark rights of YourNextJob.com or third parties.

g.                  YourNextJob.com will not share personal information, such as social security numbers and account information, with third parties, unless compelled by law to do so. 

h.                  Users understand that a password will be provided and that the password is intended to be confidential so Users are assured that all information posted under that password are posted only by that User. Accordingly, Users agree to keep all password information completely confidential. User acknowledges full responsibility in the event that the password is compromised in any manner, including being used by a third party.

i.                    Users may not take any action to compromise the security of YourNextJob.com, its data, hardware or software or use the website in any unlawful manner or any manner which is inconsistent with its stated use as a job-posting/job-searching tool. This is intended to be a broad prohibition and includes any action which could possibly compromise the site, including hacking, spamming, interfering in any way with the orderly use of its website. 

j.                    Users may not post links or hyperlinks to other job-seeking/job-searching companies or websites.

k.                   Users acknowledge that all postings on the website are done by third parties and that it has no control over any relationship formed between two parties or any agreement as to terms of employment reached by Users of the website.

l.                    Users acknowledge that in posting information on YourNextJob.com’s website, third parties will have automatic access to such information, immediately and worldwide. Even if a User deletes information, User acknowledges that the information may be available through the website or through a third party. User acknowledges that in posting information, such information may be available immediately, worldwide. YourNextJob.com cannot be and is not responsible for how third parties use the information provided by Users.

m.                If any User believes information posted breaches any Term or Condition, as stated herein, the User is instructed to report the information to admin@yournextjob.com.

n.                  In the event that YourNextJob.com has reason to believe that any portion of these Terms and Conditions are breached, YourNextJob.com reserves the right to take any and all action it deems appropriate, including making the site unavailable for use by that User in the future, by deleting or removing the post in part or in whole, and by taking appropriate civil or criminal legal action including but not limited to seeking injunctive action, damages or by prosecution as allowed by law.
