YourNextJob.com is an on-line job searching and job posting website for employers and companies seeking to post available job openings (“Employers”) and candidates, prospects, applicants, employees, individuals and job seekers (“Prospective Employees”). The goal of the website is to match Employers and Prospective Employees for professional purposes only; this is not a social networking site and is not intended to be used for any reason other than to allow Employers and Prospective Employees to search for each other. Employers and Prospective Employees are collectively referred to as “Users”. Before using YourNextJob.com, all Users must agree to the Privacy Terms of YourNextJob.com, which may be modified without prior notice. By proceeding to the next page of the website, User is affirming agreement to these Privacy Terms which are intended to be construed as broadly as possible to protect and defend from liability YourNextJob.com.
a. Because YourNextJob.com is a job-seeker/job-posting website, it is necessary for Users to provide a certain amount of information which is not normally available to third parties. For example, Prospective Employees will be asked to provide: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and contact information. Required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
b. Optional fields exist for information such as geographic preference, gender, professional memberships and organization and hobbies. Users are not required to provide this information, as it may include information normally not available to Employers during the pre-hire process. Whether to complete these fields is completely at the discretion of the Prospective Employee.
c. Users will also be asked to create a password. The password is intended to be confidential so Users are assured that all information posted under that password is posted only by that User. Accordingly, User agrees to keep all password information completely confidential. User acknowledges full responsibility in the event that the password is compromised in any manner, including being used by a third party.
d. YourNextJob.com may contain links or hyperlinks to third party web sites unrelated to YourNextJob.com. YourNextJob.com is unable to control third party websites and their privacy practices.
e. Using the email provided, YourNextJob.com may send you updates, information or news related to your job search. If you receive such information from YourNextJob.com and do not wish to, please notify us at
admin@yournextjob.com.
f. Information provided by User is not provided to third parties unless (a) consented to by User, (b) required by law, (3) advance notification is given to User and no objection is received by YourNextJob.com in writing, (4) needed to process a valid transaction (such as payment by credit card, for example), or (5) necessary to preserve the safety of a third party or User. Such determination shall be made in YourNextJob.com’s sole discretion.
g. As with all YourNextJob.com policies and procedures, YourNextJob.com reserves the right to modify its policies and procedures without prior notice to Users.
